HQ RIP被(bei)幾個廠商作為(wei)軟RIP使用,現(xian)在(zai)在(zai)國(guo)內被(bei)很多印刷廠、輸出中心使用。由于HQ RIP為(wei)英文菜單,因此(ci)對于使用者來說比(bi)較(jiao)麻煩。在(zai)RIP的(de)使用過程中,線性(xing)(xing)化調整(zheng)是經(jing)常(chang)做的(de)工作,我們在(zai)這里介紹一下HQ-510 RIP線性(xing)(xing)化調整(zheng)的(de)做法。
當顯影機藥(yao)水濃度(du)(du)、顯定影溫度(du)(du)時(shi)間及照排機的光(guang)值(zhi)調整完成(cheng)以后(hou),在RIP中將頁面設定好,注意(yi)所要調整的精度(du)(du)及網(wang)點(dian)(dian)形狀(zhuang),不同(tong)的精度(du)(du)、網(wang)點(dian)(dian)形狀(zhuang)、陰片陽片所用的線性化(hua)數據是不同(tong)的。然后(hou)點(dian)(dian)擊菜單(dan)“Output”下的“Print Calibration”菜單(dan),如(ru)圖(tu)1所示(shi),出現如(ru)圖(tu)2所示(shi)界面。
在此界面(mian)中(zhong)需(xu)要(yao)注(zhu)意的(de)(de)(de)是“Print uncalibrated target”表示(shi)(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)未調整(zheng)過(guo)的(de)(de)(de)曲線(xian)(xian),“Print calibrated target”表示(shi)(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)調整(zheng)過(guo)的(de)(de)(de)曲線(xian)(xian)。第一次做線(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)時,先在“From Page Setup(s)”下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)框(kuang)(kuang)中(zhong)選擇(ze)需(xu)要(yao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)精度(du)(即(ji)頁面(mian)設定(ding)中(zhong)確定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)精度(du)),然后選擇(ze)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)未調整(zheng)過(guo)的(de)(de)(de)曲線(xian)(xian)(Print uncalibrated target)。照排機中(zhong)將(jiang)會輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)如下(xia)圖形(xing)的(de)(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)測試(shi)(shi)條。使(shi)用(yong)透射密(mi)(mi)度(du)計(ji)測量(liang)各(ge)顯示(shi)(shi)(shi)數(shu)值下(xia)方框(kuang)(kuang)中(zhong)實際的(de)(de)(de)網(wang)(wang)點(dian)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)比,記錄(lu)下(xia)來(lai)。(測試(shi)(shi)條中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)最上(shang)方“Uncalibrated Target for device ‘5055’:uncalibrated”一行(xing)表示(shi)(shi)(shi)此測試(shi)(shi)條是從(cong)設備驅動名(ming)稱為“5055”中(zhong)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de),線(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)數(shu)據沒有經(jing)過(guo)調整(zheng);下(xia)邊一部分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)文字表示(shi)(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)精度(du)、線(xian)(xian)數(shu)、網(wang)(wang)點(dian)角度(du)、網(wang)(wang)點(dian)形(xing)狀(zhuang);“Max/Min”和下(xia)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)黑白框(kuang)(kuang)則為實地(di)和空(kong)白部分(fen),在測量(liang)網(wang)(wang)點(dian)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)比之前,可(ke)用(yong)此兩(liang)框(kuang)(kuang)測量(liang)實地(di)密(mi)(mi)度(du)和在軟片(pian)上(shang)將(jiang)密(mi)(mi)度(du)計(ji)清(qing)零;軟片(pian)中(zhong)間為需(xu)要(yao)測量(liang)網(wang)(wang)點(dian)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)比的(de)(de)(de)區域(yu),0.0-100.0的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)字為此網(wang)(wang)點(dian)應(ying)達到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)網(wang)(wang)點(dian)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)比數(shu)值,下(xia)面(mian)各(ge)有網(wang)(wang)點(dian)的(de)(de)(de)區域(yu)為密(mi)(mi)度(du)計(ji)測量(liang)區域(yu)。)
點擊菜單(dan)“Output”下(xia)的“Calibration Manager”菜單(dan)(位置見圖1), 屏幕上會出現(xian)圖3所(suo)示的界面(mian)。
第一次做(zuo)線(xian)性化時對話框1中沒有可用(yong)選項(xiang),需要(yao)按“New”的按紐新建一個(ge)。在(zai)(zai)按之前先要(yao)檢查“Device”項(xiang)是否放在(zai)(zai)你所建的照排(pai)(pai)機上(shang)(如何新建“Device”將(jiang)在(zai)(zai)以后的文章中講(jiang)到),“Color Space”一項(xiang)的選擇根據(ju)發(fa)排(pai)(pai)時需要(yao)在(zai)(zai)RIP中分色還(huan)是在(zai)(zai)發(fa)排(pai)(pai)軟件(jian)中分色來確定(ding)(一般(ban)不(bu)需在(zai)(zai)RIP中分色,在(zai)(zai)發(fa)排(pai)(pai)軟件(jian)中分色即可,此(ci)一項(xiang)在(zai)(zai)頁面設定(ding)中也有選擇,參照其中的設定(ding)),兩者所用(yong)線(xian)性化數據(ju)不(bu)同。以在(zai)(zai)發(fa)排(pai)(pai)軟件(jian)中分色為例,“Color Space”一項(xiang)選擇“Monochrome”(單(dan)色),點擊(ji)“New”后出現以下界面:圖4。
在(zai)(zai)(zai)這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)(yi)界面中(zhong),“Resolution”表示(shi)需(xu)要(yao)的(de)(de)精(jing)度(du),與在(zai)(zai)(zai)前(qian)做好的(de)(de)頁面設(she)定(ding)(ding)中(zhong)的(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)要(yao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)致(zhi)。“Vertical”表垂(chui)直方(fang)(fang)(fang)向,“Horizontal”表水平方(fang)(fang)(fang)向,沒有特(te)殊要(yao)求兩方(fang)(fang)(fang)向的(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)要(yao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)致(zhi)。“Dot shape”表網(wang)點(dian)形(xing)狀,此(ci)項(xiang)選(xuan)(xuan)擇也要(yao)與前(qian)頁面設(she)定(ding)(ding)相一(yi)(yi)(yi)致(zhi)。“Screen freq”表所選(xuan)(xuan)精(jing)度(du)所對應的(de)(de)網(wang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)數(shu),一(yi)(yi)(yi)般是(shi):1200dpi對應75-100lpi,2400dpi對應106.4-180lpi,3000dpi對應120-205lpi 。當3000dpi的(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)需(xu)要(yao)輸(shu)出100lpi的(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)數(shu)時(shi)(shi),與上(shang)述線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)數(shu)所用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)數(shu)據不(bu)同,需(xu)要(yao)單做。“Use for Pos & Neg”表將此(ci)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)數(shu)據同時(shi)(shi)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)(zai)(zai)陰(yin)片(pian)(pian)和陽片(pian)(pian)上(shang),此(ci)項(xiang)雖然被選(xuan)(xuan)中(zhong),但是(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)實際使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)中(zhong)上(shang)面已經提到陰(yin)片(pian)(pian)陽片(pian)(pian)不(bu)可(ke)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)同一(yi)(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)數(shu)據。“Name”既是(shi)給此(ci)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)數(shu)據命名,命名的(de)(de)原則是(shi):盡量不(bu)要(yao)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)中(zhong)文(wen);名稱(cheng)要(yao)便于識(shi)別,要(yao)易懂(dong)。可(ke)以這(zhe)麼命名:精(jing)度(du)-網(wang)點(dian)形(xing)狀-軟(ruan)(ruan)片(pian)(pian)品牌,如(ru)AGFA軟(ruan)(ruan)片(pian)(pian)、2400dpi圓(yuan)方(fang)(fang)(fang)點(dian)型的(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)數(shu)據可(ke)命名為:2400-Eud-AGFA。“Channel”表輸(shu)出單色(se)還是(shi)四色(se),只需(xu)選(xuan)(xuan)擇“Gray”(灰(hui)度(du))即(ji)可(ke)。“Measurements as”表在(zai)(zai)(zai)測量時(shi)(shi)以陰(yin)片(pian)(pian)還是(shi)陽片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式出現,一(yi)(yi)(yi)般選(xuan)(xuan)擇“Positive% Dot”即(ji)正網(wang)點(dian)。“Negative media表使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)是(shi)陰(yin)片(pian)(pian),此(ci)項(xiang)只有在(zai)(zai)(zai)做陰(yin)片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)調整時(shi)(shi)才會(hui)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。“Force Solid Colors”選(xuan)(xuan)擇此(ci)項(xiang)可(ke)將這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)數(shu)據用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于專色(se)。
在(zai)這些菜(cai)單的下方出現的從0.0到(dao)100.0的數值對應線(xian)性化(hua)測(ce)試條(tiao)(tiao)中(zhong)從0%到(dao)100%的網點百(bai)分比,將從線(xian)性化(hua)測(ce)試條(tiao)(tiao)中(zhong)測(ce)得的實際網點百(bai)分比對應輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)到(dao)下面的方框中(zhong),界面最(zui)下方一排按(an)紐中(zhong),“Smooth ”為(wei)圓滑,曲(qu)線(xian)調整完成后,按(an)此按(an)紐可使網點補償更(geng)圓滑(數據全部(bu)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)完成后需要按(an)此按(an)紐);“Clear”表將所輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)數值清除;“Reset”為(wei)重新設置;“Import”為(wei)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)(此項基本不用(yong))。
此(ci)(ci)(ci)界(jie)面設(she)置(zhi)完成后(hou)按“OK”退(tui)出(chu)(chu)圖(tu)4所(suo)示(shi)界(jie)面,回(hui)到圖(tu)3所(suo)示(shi)界(jie)面,在對話框1中(zhong)(zhong)出(chu)(chu)現剛才所(suo)命名的線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)。在框中(zhong)(zhong),“Name”表(biao)(biao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)名稱;“Resolution”表(biao)(biao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)的精度;“Dot”表(biao)(biao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)的網點形(xing)狀;“Freq”表(biao)(biao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)控制(zhi)的線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)數(shu)(shu);“+/-”表(biao)(biao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)是(shi)否(fou)選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)同時適用于陰陽(yang)片;“Status”表(biao)(biao)示(shi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)是(shi)否(fou)已被調(diao)整(zheng)和(he)使(shi)(shi)用,顯示(shi)“D”表(biao)(biao)此(ci)(ci)(ci)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)沒(mei)有做過(guo)調(diao)整(zheng),“E”表(biao)(biao)此(ci)(ci)(ci)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)已被調(diao)整(zheng)過(guo),“U”表(biao)(biao)此(ci)(ci)(ci)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)已被調(diao)整(zheng)和(he)使(shi)(shi)用。在檢(jian)查(cha)無誤后(hou),點擊“OK”,完成線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)設(she)置(zhi),退(tui)出(chu)(chu)圖(tu)3所(suo)示(shi)界(jie)面。這(zhe)時需要檢(jian)驗做好的線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)。再(zai)打(da)開圖(tu)2所(suo)示(shi)界(jie)面,選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)剛才的精度,這(zhe)次需要選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)調(diao)整(zheng)過(guo)的曲線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(Print calibrated target),照排機輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)測試(shi)(shi)條(上方一(yi)行文字變為“Calibrated Target for device ‘5055’: calibrated”表(biao)(biao)此(ci)(ci)(ci)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)測試(shi)(shi)條已經(jing)過(guo)調(diao)整(zheng))。使(shi)(shi)用密度計測量此(ci)(ci)(ci)次輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的網點百分比,實(shi)際測量值與線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)測試(shi)(shi)條每欄顯示(shi)值誤差(cha)范圍在1%-2%間(jian)即可。
在(zai)圖3所示界面中,“Edit from uncalibrated target”表(biao)示編(bian)(bian)(bian)輯(ji)沒有調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)過的(de)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian),“Edit from calibrated target”表(biao)示編(bian)(bian)(bian)輯(ji)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)過的(de)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)。此兩項的(de)選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)是(shi)與所出線(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)條(tiao)是(shi)否為(wei)校(xiao)正過曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)相對應。第(di)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)做線(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)校(xiao)正時,在(zai)圖2所示界面中選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)“Print uncalibrated target”(輸(shu)(shu)出未調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)過的(de)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)),則線(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)條(tiao)輸(shu)(shu)出后,在(zai)圖3所示界面中需要(yao)(yao)點擊(ji)“Edit from uncalibrated target”(編(bian)(bian)(bian)輯(ji)沒有調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)過的(de)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian));而再次(ci)輸(shu)(shu)出時選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)“Print calibrated target”(輸(shu)(shu)出調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)過的(de)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)),則線(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)條(tiao)輸(shu)(shu)出后,如果網點百分比實際測(ce)量(liang)值與線(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)條(tiao)每(mei)欄顯示值誤差較(jiao)大,需要(yao)(yao)點擊(ji)“Edit from calibrated target”(編(bian)(bian)(bian)輯(ji)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)過的(de)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian))重新編(bian)(bian)(bian)輯(ji)數(shu)據。點擊(ji)“Edit from calibrated target”(編(bian)(bian)(bian)輯(ji)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)過的(de)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian))所出現界面與圖4所示界面相同,編(bian)(bian)(bian)輯(ji)方法(fa)也與上邊所述方法(fa)相同,既將所測(ce)數(shu)據輸(shu)(shu)入到(dao)方框中點擊(ji)“Smooth ”按紐即(ji)完成再編(bian)(bian)(bian)輯(ji)工(gong)作。然后重復上述工(gong)作直到(dao)滿(man)意為(wei)止。一(yi)(yi)般(ban)情況下,HQ RIP只需編(bian)(bian)(bian)輯(ji)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)“Edit from uncalibrated target”(編(bian)(bian)(bian)輯(ji)未調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)過的(de)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)),一(yi)(yi)次(ci)“Edit from calibrated target”(編(bian)(bian)(bian)輯(ji)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)過的(de)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian))就能夠得到(dao)好(hao)的(de)線(xian)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)數(shu)據了。
另外(wai),在更換不(bu)同牌(pai)子的(de)軟片(pian)時(shi),需(xu)要從(cong)輸出(chu)未校(xiao)正(zheng)過曲線開(kai)始(shi)做起(qi),而在更換顯影機藥液(ye)或者每天開(kai)機調整(zheng)線性化(hua)曲線時(shi),只(zhi)需(xu)從(cong)輸出(chu)校(xiao)正(zheng)過曲線做起(qi)即(ji)可(ke)。HQ-310 RIP線性化(hua)調整(zheng)與HQ-510 RIP基(ji)本相同,可(ke)以參照上述步(bu)驟和(he)界(jie)面來做。
